Today we met for worship in the park on Main Street in Cereal at 11 a.m.
We couldn't have asked for better weather -- +17 degrees, no wind, no rain... just right!
21 folk gathered -- from the United Churches of Cereal, Oyen, Alsask and Acadia Valley with a couple of guests too -- what a treat!
Elaine Michaels brought her Auto-harp and her Accordian (we haven't heard that for a while) to accompany our singing -- thanks Elaine!
We explored the story of Noah's Ark during worship and learned that there is a lot we don't know about this familiar story.
Then we walked across the street to enjoy a pot luck lunch in the Golden Centre.
We are truly blessed to be able to worship together and to enjoy each others company.
