The Big Country United Churches stand for justice and equality for all people.
We believe: that all people are made in the image of God and that everyone should be welcomed and treated with respect as members of God's family.
We believe: it is essential to live out our faith within our communities... for our faith is nurtured by helping and giving back to our communities, and not contained or limited within one building.
You will find members of the Big Country United Churches involved in community activities such as the Food Bank, volunteering at the Oyen Continuing Care facilities, baking (we're really good at that) , to fundraising events, and offering hospitality through our Soup and Sandwich lunches and Fall Suppers, Lions Club, Night In Bethlehem (a community live presentation of the Christmas Story) and so much more!
