The world is not peaceful in many places.
Our stories today call us to account for time not living God's peace on Earth. Isaiah reminds us of our need to go to God for guidance and John the Baptist asks us to be honest about what we are doing.
God asks us to be doers of the word and not hearers only. How are we doing God's peace in the world?
