This week all of the churches of the Big Country Cluster joined together for worship. We had 42 people from 5 different churches coming together as partners in Faith.
In the week preceding this, the world watched with horror and dismay as The President of the United States condoned and encouraged the forced separation of children from parents as desparate people entered the U.S. looking for asylum. Then one of the White House Administration used a quote from the bible to excuse this atrocity.
This was the background that joined with the scriptures to inspire this weeks reflection.
May we have the courage to be a voice for compassion and truth... inspiring goodness and justice with our words.
